At the moment there is NO EXTRA CHARGE for shipping WORLDWIDE. 

Rhein Refined is based in Germany, Europe. All products are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production, depending on current demand.

Orders are fulfilled by DHL EXPRESS with a delivery time of 1-4 business days worldwide. We provide continuous tracking for every order. Once we have handed your purchase over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, including a valid tracking number.

We do not take responsibility for delays directly resulting from customs clearance or issues with carrier processing (such as weather/technical delays, package marked as undeliverable, address issues, etc.). We do not incur any additional costs such as customs duties or taxes, nor are we responsible for them.

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL COSTS WITHIN THE EU.

Please note that all items are made to order. Therefore, we reserve the right to withhold the refund process in case of unexpected circumstances preventing us from shipping goods on time. At the same time, we commit to ship the orders at the earliest possible date in case any temporary suspensions of shipping services occur.
