If you don't like your piece of jewelry...
no problem!
We will refund you the full purchase price immediately.
You have 14 days from the date of shipment to exchange your item. The jewelry must be unworn and unpersonalized. If an item doesn't arrive as described, you will, of course, receive a full refund, even for personalized items.
Most Rhein Refined jewelry pieces are handcrafted from solid precious metal in your desired size upon order. As such, they are considered personalized and generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312 g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code).
We therefore clearly differentiate between product categories:

Procedure for acceptable returns (pendants, necklaces, flexible bracelets)
1. Get in touch
Please send us a short email to info @rhein‑refined.com within 14 calendar days of delivery – please include your order number.
2. Enclose the return form
Download the form from the website, fill it out and enclose it with your shipment.
3. Return shipping
Send the well-protected package to the address indicated in the form.
4. Reimbursement
After checking the item for new condition, we will immediately refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returning any exchanged items to you is free of charge.
